Password handling

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and we cannot read them back for you. If you ask, we reset instead of retrieving, and the new code goes only to your registered contact.

Session control

Your account shows the last device that signed in, with a rough location and time. Seeing something unfamiliar means changing your password straight away, which ends every open session on our side.

Two-step codes

Sensitive actions, such as changing a payout number, ask for a code sent to your registered mobile. This keeps a stolen password from being enough on its own to move money.

Staff conduct

Nobody on our team will ask for your password, your card number or a wallet transfer to unlock an account. If a message claims otherwise, treat it as fake and report it in chat.

Record keeping

We hold registration details, payment records and sign-in times for legal and accounting reasons, and we limit which people inside the company can open those records.

Login questions we hear most

Tap the join button on the home page, give us your mobile number, a password and your name, then confirm the code we send. The form takes a couple of minutes on a phone.

Most failures come from a space copied along with the password, a caps lock left on, or a session already open elsewhere. Retry once by typing it manually before you reset anything.
